My Story
Bonjour, I'm Ida. I'm the founder of eFrenchCafe, I'm a mom, and a sunrise hunter with a no-boulangerie-left-behind policy. I spent most of my life in Paris, I grew up walking by the Panthéon and through the Jardins du Luxembourg each morning to go to the collège-lycée. I also lived in Firenze Tuscany and in California. I've been living in Nice, fifth city of France, for 14 years now. I'm a French Riviera ambassador on Periscope since June 2015. I share and showcase #myFrenchLife, and the Côte d'Azur. I have a love for craftsmanship, inspirational quotes, artists, new and old friendships, languages, travelers and crêpes flambées à l'Armagnac. I've worked in Monaco, in Tuscany as a wine tour guide, in Provence as a flower composition arranger, and all over the globe as a French teacher for more than 15 years with people of over 25 nationalities.
